Littleton Garage is a family business established in 1994. Today, Emily and James continue the legacy their father began, preserving the values, craftsmanship and personal service on which the garage was built.

With specialist expertise in Land Rovers of every generation and classic cars, including Marcos, the team combines a deep respect for traditional engineering and mechanical craftsmanship with the advanced knowledge required for modern vehicles. Richard later joined the business, bringing further technical expertise, versatility and a shared passion for the art of engineering and mechanics.

The team works closely with trusted, long-standing suppliers and knows many customers personally—some have relied on the garage for more than 20 years. James grew up around the family business established by his father in 1994 and now continues that engineering heritage alongside his sister, Emily.

With 28 years of experience, James brings an exceptional depth of mechanical knowledge to Littleton Garage. His career includes eight years with Vauxhall, extensive work with Marcos, and specialist expertise across classic cars and every generation of Land Rover. James combines traditional engineering craftsmanship with advanced diagnostic knowledge required for today's sophisticated vehicles. Whether maintaining a cherished classic, tracing a complex electronic fault or caring for a modern Land Rover, he approaches every vehicle with precision, patience and respect for the engineering behind it. For James, the satisfaction lies in understanding a machine properly--and making it perform as it should.

Richard brings 28 years of experience in automotive engineering and mechanics, including seven years as a BMW specialist. His career also took him to Australia, where he developed extensive expertise in dynamometer tuning, custom fabrication and specialist vehicle conversions before returning to the UK. Equally comfortable with refined modern engineering and mechanics and the character of classic cars, Richard brings technical versatility, creative problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail to every job. His passion lies in the art pf engineering and mechanics: diagnosing accurately, fabricating intelligently and finding the right mechanical solution rather than simply replacing parts

Emily continues the family business established by her father in 1994, preserving its independent character and longstanding commitment to personal service. As Director and Administrator, she oversees the organization and day-to-day administration of Littleton Garage. Emily is a central point of contact for customers, coordinating communication between the office and workshop and helping to ensure that every job progresses smoothly.

Her organized, approachable manner brings clarity and efficiency to the business, while her close connection to its history ensures that the values on which Littleton Garage was founded remain central to its future.
